3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

As a marketplace, OneZiyarah acts as an intermediary. By making a booking, you explicitly consent to the following:

  • Disclosure to Vendors: We will share your Name, Email, and Phone Number with the specific Tour Operator (Vendor) you have booked with. This is necessary for them to contact you within 48 hours and fulfill the tour service.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We use secure payment gateways to process your booking fee. We do not store your credit card or banking login details on our servers.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or MOTAC regulations.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data. However, please note:

  • Once your data is shared with a Tour Operator, that Operator becomes a “Data Processor” for your tour. Their use of your data will be governed by their own privacy practices.
  • OneZiyarah requires all Vendors to handle customer data professionally and solely for the purpose of the booked tour.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Withdraw your consent for marketing communications.

6. Retention of Data

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
